  1. Visit and scroll downwards on the homepage past our latest directory listings. You can also find out more information by clicking the “How it Works” button.
  2. Towards the bottom of the home page, click the button that says, “Create an Account”.
  3. Scroll down to the part that says “Register” and type in a username, as well as your email address and password, then continue onwards.
  4. Once you have created the account, you can edit your billing address and company name from here, you’ll see the word “edit” highlighted.
  5. By clicking on the top left corner of the page where the settings/customize logo () is, you’ll see the words “Submit Listing”, click here until redirected to the next page.
  6. From here you will auto-select our current package deal (the basic package), and continue to “Listing Details”.
  7. Fill in the boxes as requested. Many boxes will note “(optional)” as you may not require/have the information for every box. You can fill in the following details:
  • *Company Name (your business)
  • Location (where your business is based)
  • Listing Region (Catering to Kingston upon Thames, beyond, central London, etc)
  • Hours of Operation (Business opening times)
  • Cover Image (A header photo/banner for the listings)
  • Gallery Images (Up to three photos for gallery included)
  • *Description (A few paragraphs about your business and what it has to offer, you may include testimonials/reviews, etc)
  • Website (Address link to your business website)
  • Phone Number (Business telephone number)
  • Video (Youtube link to any business promotional videos)
  • Company GitHub URL (Web address for your GitHub business account)
  • Company LinkedIn URL (Web address for your LinkedIn business account/profile)
  • Company Google+ URL (Web address for your Google Plus business profile)
  • Company Twitter URL (Web address for your business Twitter account)
  • Company Facebook URL (Web address for your business Facebook page)
  • Company Pinterest URL (Web address for your business Pinterest page)

  1. Once you have entered all your company details, you can click the “Preview” button for a draft of how the listing will look when featured.
  2. When happy, you can confirm all the details are correct and proceed towards the payment options.
  3. Once you have filled in your billing information and submitted your listing, one of our admins will approve and set your listing to “live” after payment has cleared.
  4. This listing will remain live for a whole year, and using your registered email/username and password, you will be able to edit any information or upload images at any time.
  5. You can also renew your listing at the end of the 12 month period if you’d like to keep your directory listing live, and clients and customers can leave feedback at any time by visiting the directory.Alternatively, you can download the pdf for step-by-step directions with photos: HowtoCreateaDirectoryListing
